Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Open a website.
open dev tools.
go to debugger.
set break point.
wait for the js code to hit the break point (maybe reload the page)
Press F10 to step

Actual results:

Menu opens and closes with each keystroke (F10)

Expected results:

Stepping through the code
btw. despite what the first line said, I had this behavior with firefox beta 57.
I can't reproduce this on today's Nightly on Mac OS. It perfectly does the "jump" instead of opening the menu. This also doesn't seem reproducible on Firefox 57 (Beta). Do you have any special site?

Also, can you test a new profile? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles#w_creating-a-profile
