Synthesize a native mouse event to move the mouse cursor to somewhere. Worked in local but still failed on try server.

test_pointerevent_pointerlock_supercedes_capture-manual.html was created to run manual wpt test automatically, however pointerevent_pointerlock_supercedes_capture.html is no longer a manual test, and we could pass it, https://wpt.fyi/results/pointerevents/pointerlock/pointerevent_pointerlock_supercedes_capture.html?label=experimental&label=master&aligned. So we are going to remove this test in bug 1627633.
