Details

Since bug 1405714, and possibly the first nightly builds since then, the Balrog admin host has been intermittently unavailable. In datadog there is a lot of RDS read ops, and 1-2 pending admin connections since ~2300 UTC.

relud has rolled back the admin deploy to the previous deploy, leaving the web side on 2.40.
