As reported in bug 1384049 comment 4, this change caused some regressions in the octane benchmark results.

Specifically, the shell benchmarks for Box2D and MandreelLatency regressed and the GameBoy benchmark improved.  This doesn't seem to affect the browser scores.
Also some regressions on ARES6. Also some regression on six-speed, but maybe we just GC at different times now.
Backed out in original bug.
