Steps to reproduce:
Downloaded the perf.html add-on from the url: https://perf-html.io/
Opened the add-on via the icon in the menu bar.
Actual results:
Add-on display window is cut off and the popover window doesn't scale big enough
Expected results:
I should be able to see the entire add-on popover so I have access to all of its controls.

Do you have multi DPI monitor environment? If not, can you provide more details?

Yes I have multiple monitors. The resolution is set to 1920 x 1080. 2 Dell U2414H.
