2. highlight the URL
3. scroll down


Actual results:

1. the URL scrolls up and is clipped out of the view


Expected results:

1. should not have scrolled out of the view

You should
1-1 Select the link text (not link location(because it will be encoded))
1-2 Copy selected text(Ctrl+c)
1-3 Paste it in the address bar

or
1 Open url

And also, probably, it depended on system font.

Looking on STR, looks like it's dupe of bug #1378065, so duping there.
