Starting this morning, Windows7 reftests have been failing like https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=135435542&repo=autoland and https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=135435394&repo=autoland despite numerous attempts at fixes. This is holding autoland closed and preventing merges from happening. I'm not sure what to do at this point, as a backout would require some stylo backouts as well, and those aren't as simple as they should be.

Investigating. The justification-cjk-extension.html one seems to be unrelated independent intermittent anyway. Removing from the title.

Yup, I and xidorn are investigating. I think https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=006faffe42d60e0de9d656e70399f8921e8c7c83 should do it, but I'm waiting on try. If that does it, we can land that and re-open trees, then we can followup for other fixes as required.

I think this is more risky to keep fixing it than backing it out then revisit each single feature again. We are going to backout the commits from bug 1396066.
