If you open the Manage window from the Bookmarks sidebar, and then open up one
of the folders (ie. Personal Toolbar Folder) and then close the Manage window,
the folder on the sidebar shows the minus as though the folder was open, but
does not show the items within the folder until you click the minus, then the
plus again.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Manage from Bookmarks sidebar
2.Open a folder
3.Close Manage Window
Actual Results: See Description
Expected Results: Either showed the folder as closed, or if showing as open,
list the items within the folder
