Details
Configure AudioConduit similar to how our signaling layer does it, see that we configure the encoder stack but ignore how. Then reconfigure AudioConduit like our signaling layer would do it after renegotiation. See that we call into a mocked encoder stack with the right values.
Repeat for different signaling properties, like fec and dtmf. See AudioCodecConfig.
