Details
Configure AudioConduit like our signaling layer would do it, then pass some audio frames through the AudioConduit and see that it the encoder stack gets called with the correct properties.
Test with various channel configuration and sampling frequencies. If we can run the whole encoder stack and verify output in a mocked mozilla::TransportInterface that would be best.
