User Story
The empty state of Reading List needs string and asset updates. The Reading List icon in menu should be a book. Layout adjustments. Mocks and assets attached. Layout spec to follow.

Replace Notepad icon in Menu with Reading List icon
Remove grey solid Notepad asset above title
Update `Welcome to your Reading List` to simply `Reading List`
Replace all copy with `Save any page that is viewable in Reader Mode by adding it to your Reading List.`
Replace circular assets. Add labels below them.
