given this, we are going to have to do the following again, similar to previous migration: https://github.com/mozilla/releasewarrior/blob/master/how-tos/mergeduty.md#appendix-what-to-do-if-relman-asks-1-release-to-be-on-2-trains-at-the-same-time

Thanks to Kim's work in bug 1400015, we have a way to run the migration in a shared env remotely rather than in more error prone local setups. Johan tested this out with success and the how-to is documented here: https://github.com/mozilla/releasewarrior/blob/master/how-tos/merge-and-staging-instance.md
