140771 - Security settings only display for parent tag

The padlock icon within the browser will only displays the parent/original tab
security information.  So, when switching tabs, e.g. a parent session that isn't
using SSL to a child tab that is, the padlock icon will only display information
from the parent.

Additionally, going to View -> Page Info will display within the General section
and other sections the child tab info, but the Security section will still,
again, display only the parent tab information.
