As in MSWin interfaces, a middle mouse click  in the page should open a small
scrolling window-like circle (what's its name anyway?), that enables the user to
scroll the page down by moving the cursor down, and up by moving the cursor up
(without using the scroller button or holding any mouse button).
Once you get used to this feature, it's pretty difficult to live without you.
It enables you to make a long page keep scroll down at a certain speed, by
middle-clicking and moving the mouse a bit down. Easier to read.
