WinXP 2600 - XP Theme
Hovering over the back button makes it appear like a back button was painted on
top of the combined back/back-history button.
Comparison is IE6 from the same XP machine

I think this affects all buttons. Click on Bookmarks, click somewhere in the
document area, move your mouse back on the Bookmarks button. It looks pressed
down. If you click anywhere in the XUL constructed area, the problem will vanish.
The same happens with back/forward.
