Trying to load a Java-based game, unable to load it.  First time I tried, I was
directed to a site to download the java console, but the site did not have an
obvious link, so I assumed it happened in the background.  When trying to
re-launch the java-based game, I get the advertisement, but the game does not
load.  In additional comments, I pasted the error message that I get.  My normal
Browse is IE6.0

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www04.pogo.com/index.jsp?sls=3&lkey=3cc802c92c30c77a0a66fd3b0000283c
2.Click on the link for "Word Whomp"
3.Hit the "Play Now" button, or click on a room link
4.A new window opens with an advertisement, but the game never loads.

Actual Results:  Nothing, the java-based game never loads

Expected Results:  I expected the game to load.

After waiting for about 15 minutes, the error below appeared:

The following error has occurred:
Java Corrupted or Misinstalled

Explanation:
This error occurs when your Java software has been either misinstalled on your
browser or if Java software has been corrupted in some way. Some of the symptoms
include a large number of "exception errors", applets not showing up (or showing
up as a blank or gray frame), and other crash problems.

How to Fix the Problem:
The best way to solve the problem is to upgrade to a newer version of the
browser you use. This will come with the latest versions of the Java software so
you'll be able to run our Classic Games properly. (You should uninstall your
current version before you begin the upgrade in order to start with a clean
setup.) If you're already using the latest version of your browser and are
experiencing this problem, it's still best if you uninstall your browser and
then reinstall to begin anew.

From Bill: no java plugin installed.

Bill:  I think that your attempt at installation was unsuccessful (installation
should not occur in the background).  You can install the Java Plugin here:

I am an engineer for pogo.  Note that due to bug 60724 Pogo cannot do a better
job of detecting the true error in this case.
