STR:
1.) Open a NewTab so the the NewTabPage appear
2.) Take a look at the Favicon
Expected: The favicon should appear very quick.
Actual: The favicon appear very late. The whole animation of the appearing of the Favicon looks not smooth. The Text is shifting to the right and then the favicon appears.
