Steps to reproduce:

Enable Snoozetabs test pilot experiment. Visit a website that uses default Drupal, apache or no favicon. E.g.
http://www.mlsclan.com/
http://www.luvclan.eu/
http://misfitsmoh.clanservers.com/

Bookmark the website to bookmarks toolbar. Open the website and snooze it in 1 minute. After the snoozetabs opens the tab, it flashes the favicon between original favicon and snoozetabs bell icon.  The same happens within the bookmarked website favicon box. After the flashing finishes it's supposed to display the website's favicon but it permanently shows the Snoozetabs bell icon instead. No problem with the favicon within the tab, only bookmark is affected. The website must be removed from bookmarks and history to restore its original favicon.

First observed 2 months ago. All three websites in this case use default (or no) favicons and they have an unsecured HTTP connection.

I can reproduce this issue on  	Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0

The favicon shows on the tab once you refresh the page but the bookmark bar favicon is still the soozetabs icon.

This is a known SnoozeTabs issue and it's currently being tracked on Github: https://github.com/bwinton/SnoozeTabs/issues/232

Considering this is not a browser issue, I'm going to close this as Resolved-Invalid.
