14089 - Layout/Typos, Copies & Folder Panel

(Linux and Mac: I've seen these problems in general. Will check with more detail
later)

Overview: The following Copies and Folder Panels either have layout problems or
typos. Account Setup Spec:

Mail Copies and Folders
1. Typo: "When sending messages, automatically"
Expect: "automatically" should appear as "automatically:" with a colon at the
end.

2. Layout: The three checkboxes are different sizes.
Expect: All three boxes should match in size, probably to the size of the second
checkbox. They are already alligned to the left which is good.

3. Typo: "[e-mail]", the text just runs together.
Expect: There should be
a. a space after "Bcc"
b. the account email address should be in brackets, such as "Bcc
<[e-mail]>

4. Typo: "Bcc these addresses"
Expect: "Bcc another address:" where "these" is replaced with "another" and a
colon is added at the end of the string.

5. Layout: "Special Folders" appear as normal text.
Expect: Make this string appear in bold text, not normal.

6. Typo: "Keep junk mail in:"
Expect: Should state "Keep message junk mail in:" where "message" is inserted
after "Keep".

7. Typo: "When sending messages, automatically"
Expect: Should state "When sending newsgroup messages, automatically:" where the
word "newsgroup" is inserted and a colon is added at the end
of the string.

Question:  "Local Mail" currently has a copies and folders panel associated with
it. Is this something we'll keep? I don't get its use if we do.

Oooh...well, let's leave it there for now, since (at least right now) there is a
"Local Mail" identity too...and copies/folders are really identitity-oriented.

Here's another typo in the copies and folders panel:

"Keep message stationary in <folder dropdown defaults to Templates>"

The word should be stationery  ending  ery.  Stationary ending with ary has a
different meaning, of course.

maybe that's what I meant! That's where you keep mail that isn't going anywhere,
it's a new feature of 5.0 :)

ok, some status before I check in:
6. junk mail is gone, so WONTFIX
7. I'm not changing the text for newsgroups, it's WAY too much work... Jennifer,
can we change the spec?
9 and 3 are the same bug
8 and 2 are the same, and works for me
10 and 4 are the same


So the open issues are:
1,3,4, and 5.

I have fixes for all of these in my tree.
