We should be able, and I've already localized the plugins.properties file.
Actually, the bug is not in Mozilla German but there is the underlying bug 56863
which currently doesn't allow to localize that page.
Adding dependency.

Setting to all/all and changing summary to represent that this is the Mozilla
German problem, bug 56863 is the general one.

Now that the dependant bug has been fixed by KaiRo yesterday, this one can be
tackled, right?

Thanks, actually, for translated files should have been in the last Nightly XPI
Packs already, and it theoretically should be working now, if it wouldn't have
problems because of bug 190283 and/or bug 190256.
Actually, it displays a page title of "ber Plug-Ins" and "Installierte Plug-Ins
Finden Sie mehr zu Browser-Plug-Ins auf " as all of the page:(
This seems to be a general problem though, and should be resolved with the two
bugs above soon.
I'll leave this bug open until it works correctly though.

bug 190283 is still an open issue, and that's why you only see "ber Plug-Ins",
as all Umlaut characters are currently just not shown, but the patch for bug
190256 is in now and the page des display now also in the German version, so
marking FIXED.

about:plugins ist jetzt übersetzt, fixed.
Ich reopen trotzdem wegen einer Formulierung auf dieser Seite:
"Finden Sie mehr zu Browser-Plug-Ins auf Netscape.com."
hört sich für mich nicht so gut an.
Mein Vorschlag:
"Erfahren Sie mehr über Browser-Plug-Ins auf Netscape.com."
