http://www.cdprojekt.info/ takes about 2 sec to load, but it takes 10 sec. to
zoom. I it's already zommed, pressing Ctrl+R reloads the page very quick.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load http://www.cdprojekt.info/
2.Press Ctrl+"+"


Actual Results:  Takes 10 sec to repaint on PIII 500.

Expected Results:  I think it should take at most 2 sec.

WFM - no problems on 20020417 (RC1).  Quite a cool feature actually - hadn't
really tried it before.  Renders instantly (Duron 800, W95)

dup of bug 138436? If so, should be fixed in builds from around noon 28th and later
