Steps to reproduce:
Having layout.css.devPixelsPerPx set above normal causes the navigation on some sites to cease functioning
1. Set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to 1.15
2. Go to Youtube
3. Attempt to click/tap Trending or Subscriptions
Actual results:
Nothing
Expected results:
The page should change.

Confirmed, youtube is broken because of Bug 1405397

This is fixed by the patches in Bug 1405397, let's go ahead and dupe it against that.
