This test was disabled when tests run on 10.3 due to a timing issue.
testCustomEngineFromCorrectTemplate()
Testing locally now on 11 it always passes. Will check on BB and if it is also passing we could enable it.

at least once. I could re-run the build to check if it is consistently passing or enable it and disable if fails in future runs
