[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10 64bit
- Ubuntu 16.04 32bit
- macOS 10.12.6

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Firefox
2. Visit about:preferences#sync
3. Sign in with an existent account or create an account
4. Go to about:preferences#sync page again

[Expected result]:
- The design corresponds with the specs.

[Actual result]:
- Disconnect and Change Device Name... are not aligned as spec shows: https://mozilla.invisionapp.com/share/X8BGCX9PD#/screens/244683212

[Regression range]:
- This is not a recent regression, it has been like this since the new design was implemented for Firefox Accounts page (bug 1361952).
