140984 - Cannot edit mail "To:" field when replying to e-mail

Platform/OS:  Redhat 7.2 running on a Dell Optiplex PC

Build: Mozilla release candidate 1 {Build ID: 2002041507}

Problem:
When replying to a e-mail, I cannot edit the TO: fields in the Compose window. 
This is not a consistent problem but happens about half the time I try to reply
to e-mail.  Seems like a race condition to register a mouse event listener???

Short-term workaround:
I found that if I click on my addressbook and then close the addressbook window,
it allows me to edit the TO: fields.  This seems to shift the focus to the To:
fields to allow me to edit.

This sounds like bug 130581, which was fixed in a later branch build. Please try
in a later branch build.  If still reproducible in current build, reopen.
