Bug 1404531 is a major issue for Form Autofill. However, the patch won't get uplifted to the release branch until we have a plan to spin a 56.0.2 release. Therefore, we'd like to build the system add-on from mozilla-release and deploy the fix via Balrog. The patch passed tests locally and I've tested the xpi on Fx56 on macOS and Ubuntu.

I'm making a new version as I noticed that the minVersion is already 56.0.2 on mozilla-release and that may cause problems deploying to 56.0 and 56.0.1 (not sure).

We don't need this now since we ended up riding with 56.0.2 but it's sad that this didn't get any attention after 10 days. Is there a new process to follow?
