1410452 - Media control doesn't show on lock screen

I use my Pixel XL with Android 8.0.0. 

STR:
1. Open Firefox and play any video on the web. (I played the video on BBC) 
2. Check if media control is on the notification bar
3. Press power button to turn off screen 
4. Press power button to turn on screen
5. check if media control is on the lock screen or not. 

Actual result:
I tested Firefox 56, 57, and 58. There is no media control. 

Expected result:
Media control should be on the lock screen. Chrome's is.

Chrome enabled it in [1], which implements the MediaSession[2].

It seems both bug 1112032 and bug 1166548 were filed to implement the spec, but no one is working on that at present. Instead, an alternative Fennec only solution was developed in bug 1240423.

Mark this to depend on bug 1112032.
