Details

nexus-5-01 has disconnected and has not recovered after powertop and a couple of reboots. It is not visible from adb devices at all. Van, Can you take care of nexus-5-01 this week?

I'm not sure if Van intervened or if this just recovered after an unrelated boot but we are good for now.

Van found the device has physically failed. He removed it and I have removed it from inventory in bug 1411698
