If I close the main mail window during a session and try to reopen it, it
doesn't come up. I must close the errant window then, close mozilla and restart.
Then I can bring the main mail window back up.
For now, I leave the main mail window open during a session and minimize it
until I am ready to close mozilla entirely.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla
2. open main mail window, check for mail
3. close main mail window then try to reopen it
4. ...bug should be active now

Actual Results:  After performing above steps, I have in my listing of windows a
blank line after the number 2 when I click on the Window pull-down.

Expected Results:  Mozilla should have been able to reopen the main mail window.
