Device:  Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Android 5.0.1);
Build: Nightly 58.0a1 (2017-10-25);

Steps to reproduce:
Open the tabs tray and verify the 3 dots menu.

Expected result:
The button should be white.

Actual result:
The button is not visible until you press it.

Notes: not reproducing on other devices that I have, cleared data, re-installed Nightly.

my 3-dot menu is fine in Samsung S7 edge, Android 7.0 with 58 Nightly and 57 Beta.

Do you mean that's device specific, or OS version specific?

It seems to be device specific. Other Android 5, or even Samsung devices don't have this issue.

The notification icon for camera & mic On is also black and invisible in the status bar, no this device.
