1412365 - jsdcov browser-chrome runs in 35 chunks, these run in <10 minutes, we should reduce to 7 chunks

:gmierz, do you have any concerns with reducing the number of jsdcov chunks for mochitest-browser-chrome?

When I set the chunks I think they ran at around 30 minutes each. It should work fine if we reduce the number of chunks now.

Looks good to me, thanks! I highly doubt it would fail now with a timeout that is 3 times higher at 10 chunks.
