STR: 1. browse to https://www.avclub.com/robert-rodriguez-says-rose-mcgowans-role-in-grindhouse-1819921710 2. open Activity Monitor ER: cpu should be low? AR: cpu is consistently high in one content process. Closing the tab lowers cpu, re-opening the site causes more cpu, enabling tracking protection and then opening the site doesn't seem to have an effect.
I can see there are three transform animations in out-of-view element. It will be fixed by bug 1190721.
