Ah, the poorly-sorted directory listing was throwing me off, we've been getting two of them all along: through the 22nd we were getting them at offset times, and starting on the 23rd we've been getting two at the same time, but conveniently more often than not they actually finish close enough to the same time that one push-races the other, and the second one fails.

I mistakenly wrote the initial patch for the sheduler name not the buildername. This should fix it
