Details

STR: Go to about:config and set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to 2. Open a webpage and click the Star button to bookmark the page Look at the star in the popup ER: The star should be crisp AR: The star is blurry

Per #photon slack conversation with UX, this can & should just use the relevant bookmark SVG instead. That loses the gradient, and that's fine.
Fixed by bug 1441727.
