This problem still exists. Every time Windows 10 has to restart I have to manually move all my Firefox Windows to their original desktop.
About time to fix it?

Microsoft Edge has this feature and can use FF plugins. It also runs loads faster than FF. Obviously not what you (or I) am looking for, but FF seems to have given up in general. Especially with regards to support/email contacts.
