In bug 1322060, comment 103, Piro suggested that we should have an event sessions.onRestore. Although bug 1322060, comment 106 suggests that this isn't actually necessary, it would make the API easier to use in the common case of retrieving stored tab information when tabs are restored.
Seems like a good idea, don't think it needs to go through design-decision-needed.
