In an example found at source - "xpfe/browser/samples/hidetoolicon.xul" or build
"resource:/res/samples/hidetoolicon.xul" I illustrate that when you use CSS to
hide and display tool icons, when going from hidden to displayed, the icon is
not refreshed and drawn. If you collapse the toolbox and then re-open it, you
will notice the proper buttons are then displayed.
I am not sure this is a table bug, though some have said they thought it is.
Considering I have seen similar problems in tree items, I am guessing it maybe
is?

My hands have deteriorated to the point where I can no longer type. I need
help. If you think you can fix this bug on your own, please take it away from
me. If you'd like to volunteer to be my hands for a specific bug, then I'll be
happy to come up to your cube and sit with you and fix the bug (assuming you
have the patience for that).

This is a dup of the bug assigned to peterl where general rules in a later style
sheet apply over specific rules in an earlier sheet. Reassigning to peterl, who
can mark it as a dup.

Actually not a dup. This is caused by an error in pres shell, adding a reflow
command returns NS_COMFALSE rather than NS_OK.
