Details
We need to migrate off scl3 soon so this bug tracks the progress.
While the physical systems aren't migrated, we need to migrate
the data away.
The following need to be migrated:
1) sea-puppet's data
2) hiera data
the heira data isn't hard. it's the sea-puppet data that I'm concerned
about.

SCL3 is now officially offline, so closing this bug.
aus2, builders, master, puppet and database have been moved to a new infra.

•
