I already had an account on Mozillians.org (https://mozillians.org/it/u/marco/) and now a new one has been created when I logged in via LDAP (https://mozillians.org/en-US/u/mcastelluccio/).

It looks like https://mozillians.org/en-US/u/mcastelluccio/ is already deleted. Marking this one as invalid.

I guess it looks deleted because I haven't finished setting it up.
Could you link my "marco" account to my LDAP email? Whenever I login with LDAP Mozillians.org asks me to complete the "mcastelluccio" profile.

Ok I deleted the empty profile.
Please go ahead and login to your actual profile.
You can add identities (including LDAP) under:

Settings > Profile Identities > Add identity
