The statistics on the Send Usage Data event is very odd. We only have records of people turning the feature _on_ and no evidence of people turning the feature off. Is it possible that we never send this event?
:st3fan Looks like we are queuing the event to be sent async. So by the time it gets to be sent leanplum integration has been disabled. https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/blob/6034d74d82af9f4c1d1521b7043a672cd4272186/Client/Application/LeanplumIntegration.swift#L229
