When attempting to load Yahoo chatrooms using Mozilla 1.0fc1 accompanied by
MRJ1.0fc1, Mozilla will not only fail to render the page, but will either "quit
unexpectedly" or simply freeze with the beachball of death perpetually spinning,
which, of course, forces a "force quit". I didn't realize the issue existed
until I upgraded to the newest version of Mozilla from version 0.9.9. I even
tried deleting the MRJ Plug-In that I had inserted in the /Libary/Internet
Plug-Ins folder thinking that perhaps version 1.0fc1 had an integrated MRJ
plug-in, but same result. I rebooted and tried again, same result. I attempted
to load different chatrooms, same result. This new version of Mozilla is
noticeably faster. I sure hope this issue gets resolved. Interestingly, the
chatrooms work fine under version .9.9, but I cannot get them to work in
Netscape either. It doesn't crash, just says that I'm missing the plug-in.

I do not crash using build 2002050108 on Win2k + JRE 1.4.0. However, applet
doesn't load.

bugmaster jones, there is no Mozilla 1.0FC1. There have been RC1 and RC2
releases of 1.0; which are you reporting against?

Using MRJ 1.0fc2 and Mozilla rc2 this WFM. This does, however, crash if using
the current Mozilla Trunk. The crash is a regression from a checkin for bug
120875. As this WFM using the branch bits, I have to assume the reporter really
had a trunk build. Duping to crash cause...
