This is the #6 windows topcrash in Nightly 20171103100331. The crashes are coming from relatively few installations.

Crash address is always 0x0, looks like `viewport` is nullptr.

First sign of it in Nightly is in build 20171101104430, which suggests this regression range:

Having said that, the frequency took a jump in build 20171103100331, which corresponds to this regression range:

Very unlikely -- this looks more on the layout side. Maybe Matt knows if it's okay that |viewport| is null here.
