3 frames in sequence
The screenshot shows 3 frames in sequence of dragging away a tab to delete it. The final frame shows the appearance of a ghost view (which is a reversal of the deletion animation) while the new tab frame has appeared.
In terms of UI polish it would be good to clean up the animation to avoid showing that.

Tracking +: is quite minor, and unless this code is being updated I don't think we will go and tweak it
The glitchy animation frames are very noticeable on older devices.
