No, the PR was mainly for a proof-of-concept. It implemented support for fulltext search, but not any of the semantic analysis results. A real fix will likely want to build on bug 1707282 and migration from router.py to rust. The searchfox-tool mechanism has a(n imperfect) mechanism for excerpting HTML which could be used, etc.

(That said, I would have closed the bug and followed a file-up if there had been a Phabricator review, as it does get messy for m-c otherwise.)
