Images will not load in Mozilla if Netscape 6. 2 or 4.7 is started concurrently

Details
A few times I have accidently started Netscape 4.78 or Netscape 6.21 right before
starting Mozilla 1.0 Release Candidate 1 build id: 2002041711. After closing down
the Netscape browser, images will not load in Mozilla (unless the page has been
cached). After closing and restarting Mozilla images will still not load on any
pages. After playing with the image controls (switching "do not load images" on
and off) and restarting the brower, all images still will not load on any web
pages. I have to restart my computer to get the images to load in the Mozilla
browser again.
happens if you share cache between mozilla and other browsers
