See screenshot. It's easier to see it in the light theme, but squinting the eye this appears to affect all themes. The tabs must have overflowed for the bug to happen. I only tested on OSX. Any youtube URL will reproduce it.

Does setting browser.tabs.tabMinWidth to, say, 77, fix the problem for you?

Yes, although with 77px the border looks soft, probably just taking half a pixel? I'm attaching a screenshot of 77px vs 78px

Might be Mac-specific. I'm unable to reproduce on Linux. Can you reproduce in 57?

No, in 57 the tab appears to grow itself by a few pixels to accomodate the audio playing icon
