1415712 - Update or remove "text-decoration-skip" docs

CSS WG decided to remove "text-decoration-skip" and specs  "text-decoration-skip-ink" instead.

Chrome shipped "text-decoration-skip" recently and decided to remove and to implement the new kid "text-decoration-skip-ink".

So Mozillas bug 812990 is pointless and

should be updated an probably (later?) removed.

Hi there,

Thanks for bringing this up.

I have investigated these properties, and it looks like both properties exist in the spec and are being moved forward on, at least for the moment.

To move things forward in the docs and keep options open, I have updated the text-decoration-skip page, and created a new page for text-decoration-skip-ink:

I have submitted pull requests to the repos that hold the relevant information, so anything that is currently not coming up should appear correctly before too long.

Note that text-decoration-* CSS BCD have already been migrated (last week, so the pages have not yet been updated). So it is important that the changes for these propoerties are changed in the browser-compat-data repo too.
