The recent work on drag and drop seems to have fixed this issue. Can you please confirm?

The issue is still reproducible on the latest Nightly 60.0a1 Build ID 20180129220114 on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.13 and Arch Linux x64.
It seems this happens most often on new profiles with synchronized or imported history.

I've found a way to consistently reproduce this on OS-X.
1- open New Tab page
2- minimize the window
3- wait a few minutes
4- bring the window back and drag a Top Site
It only seems to happen to screenshots.
Now I guess I need play with the CSS and hopefully find some workaround.
