I just started noticing this with today's Nightly build (58.0a1 (2017-11-08) (64-bit)) on Windows 10.
I've attached a screencast.
I have webrender disabled, about:config shows: gfx.webrender.enabled;false

At the bottom of comment 4 on the attachment, the "needinfo?" text should have a strikethrough but when I open that page the needinfo text does not appear with the strikethrough unless I inspect the element using the Inspector.
