Periodically we get various build errors that only show up when the tree merges to beta. For example, variables becoming unused when MOZ_DIAGNOSTIC_ASSERT() is compiled out. It would be nice to have a build that compiles with the beta config in try/inbound to help catch these earlier. This would not catch test failures (due to pref differences), but at least would catch some of the problems we waste time with now. Ryan, what do you think? Also, this is probably the wrong component. Please move if you know where this should live or how to get this to happen.

Bug 1372697 tracks doing the same thing. And yes, getting away from Try simulations would be a nice end state :)
